One of the biggest misconceptions about ceramic coating is that the coating itself creates the perfect finish.

In reality, the condition of the paint underneath the coating is extremely important.

Paint correction uses machine polishing techniques to improve the appearance of imperfections such as:

• Oxidation

• Water spotting

• Dull or hazy paint

• Wash-induced defects

• Loss of gloss and clarity

Not every vehicle requires the same level of correction.

A newer vehicle may only need light preparation before coating, while an older or heavily washed vehicle may benefit from more extensive paint correction.
